I have been a T-Mobile subscriber for many years and very satisfied with the level of support that I have received in the past. But lately (at least two-three months) I cannot reach a live representative from my cell phone when I call them. I get the automated system and when it tells me that it will transfer me to a representative, I get cut off immediately. What did I do? Are they angry at me. If I call from a land line I can get through, but, I don't always have access to a land line or even on-line? It is so frustrating. I think one of the reasons that I stayed with T-Mobile for so long was that I was able to get help, easily and correct any problem situations that I had with my cell phone. Ah, What Do I Know.
Oh, and did I mention that my "smart phone" is really a "smart alec phone"? It likes to make me look stupid. The joys of modern technology.
